In a targeted 30-minute session, we review the assessment results side-by-side. In this collaborative session, we design your tailored 90-Day Flight Plan: a clear, sequenced blueprint of the exact strategies and initiatives that will propel your business forward. We map out timelines, milestones, and accountability checkpoints so you move from clarity to consistent execution—delivering tangible progress in the first 90 days and setting the trajectory for long-term scale. 5. Take off and Accelerate: With the Flight Plan locked in, we launch. We meet weekly for focused 45–60 minute sessions to track progress against your 90-day milestones, monitor key metrics, and ensure profitable momentum.
